If you would like to make an appointment with one of our dentists, please call the practice on 01202 528949 to arrange this. Our receptionist will be able to take your call from 8:00 - 13.00 and 14:00-17:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

On Tuesdays, we can take your call from 8:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 18:00, and Fridays anytime between 8:00 and 14:00.
Alternatively, out of hours you can leave us a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

If you are in pain and need an emergency appointment, please call the practice as advised above, and we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible. Normally, you will be offered an emergency appointment with one of our dentists within 24 hours of your call.

If you are a patient of the practice and need assistance out

of hours, please ring the main practice number, and you will be given advice on how to contact your dentist.
Please note that, there will be a call out fee if you request an emergency appointment with one of our dentists out of hours.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please ring the practice as soon as possible to let us know. One of our reception staff will be happy to rebook an appointment for you.

Please note that cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments may incur a fee.
